JH Heritage is dedicated to acquiring and managing real estate in Japan that has historical, cultural and artistic significance. Our projects identify the architectural and interior design value of the property and their preservation importance in shaping the landscape. By redeveloping historic properties, we are able to contribute to the growth and revitalization of neighborhoods.  

Our investment strategy focuses on the reuse of historic properties in a diversified manner from hotel accommodation (guest houses), to retail, commercial and residential use. Our team manages the project from the very beginning by sourcing the property and conducting due diligence on the development potential to the design-build and construction phase.

JH Heritage also manages the asset once the project is complete including full hotel operations and management.
